How do I know if I passed the final exam?
After taking a quiz and/or the final test and submitting your answers, the program will grade it immediately. If you do not pass a quiz, the program will tell you which question(s) you have missed, and will allow you to review the prior section and retake new quizzes until you pass. The final test is constructed the same way, except you only need to score an 80% to pass. Upon passing the final test you may print out the final screen that says you have passed.

My court requires in-person verified testing. How does that work?
Kern, San Bernardino and San Diego Courts require all students who received a citation in their county to complete their "Final Exam" at an approved and secure location. We have made this possible through many Notary services. There are literally thousands of notaries with easy access. They can be located in the yellow pages, on the internet, and in banks, UPS stores, Kinkos and loan companies. The fee for Notary service will vary, (usually $10.00.) Notes are also allowed at the testing location. You will print your Final Exam and an instruction page at the end of the course and take it to any Notary to have them verify your identity, take the exam, and stamp your final exam. You will then fax or mail in the final exam to US Traffic School after you have completed these requirements.

How can I get a refund and/or cancel my registration?
If you will be unable to complete the course before your due date and think you might need to cancel your registration, you may want to contact your court to see about getting an extension before giving up. Remember that we do have express mail options and many courts do not mention that they will go by postmarks or that they have grace periods. If you have passed, started, or attempted section quizzes or the final exam you will not be refunded.

If you have not paid and would like to cancel your registration you do not need to contact us. You will never be billed and your registration will be purged automatically.

Any and all refunds granted will be credited using the same form of payment that was used at the time of the original payment processing. The same credit card used will be refunded only. Personal checks and money orders will be refunded by company check.

I have lost my login name. How can I get it?
If you have lost your login name, click on Login to Course on the home page and enter your driver's license. If the site asks you to register it means we don't have the same driver's license in our database and it will need to be changed. You can call (760) 591-4527 or toll free 1(866)466-6426 for assistance.

Please include your driver's license number so that we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
